Job TitleGrounds MaintenanceInstitution Name: University of Arkansas at MonticelloLocation: Southeastern Arkansas, approximately 100 miles south of Little RockSummary of Job DutiesMowing, weed eating, edging sidewalks, working on sprinkler systems, moving furniture, removing trash, setting up for events and other tasks as assigned. Will work in all weather conditions and on call at all times in case of emergencies.QualificationsMust be able to operate equipment such as tractors, backhoes, zero turn mowers, chainsaws, blowers, trimmers and vehicles. Must have a driver's license. Must be able to diagnose equipment to troubleshoot potential problems and make repairs as needed.
