Maintenance AssistantsTarantino Properties is currently seeking Maintenance Assistants in San Antonio, TX.This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in apartment maintenance while working alongside an experienced maintenance team.Essential Functions:Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional mannerPerform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparationDiagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning unitsIdentify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairsMaintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standardsAssist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenanceRespond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotationThis position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.Requirements:HVAC (EPA) certification preferredPool certification preferredBasic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbingExperience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systemsBenefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
