The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.If you are team-oriented, driven, and excited about the opportunity to care for our residents, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!BenefitsPay rate: Competitive payAccess to online learning 24/7: Use it for free to help satisfy your personal and leadership development.401k with a match!Major ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving.Maintain the facility ground.Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.QualificationsMust possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.Two (2) years' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred.You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.We're an equal opportunity employer.
