Job description
Charter Senior Living of Calumet Trace in Owensboro, KY is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director / Environmental Services Director to lead building operations, preventative maintenance, safety, and environmental services for our senior living community.
You will own all maintenance duties, supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and support move-ins while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team.
