Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm | 24/7 on-call for community emergencies

What You'll Do:
Oversee all building maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff
Develop and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, manage work orders, and troubleshoot/repair equipment
Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate inspections
Maintain and monitor HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping
Respond to after-hours emergencies, support budget planning and compliance, and contribute to strategic planning for facility improvements and renovations
What You'll Need:
At least 5years of prior experience in a similar maintenance position
Advanced training in electrical, mechanical, and technical building systems and equipment preferred
HVAC certification required
Physical ability to perform manual work
21 years of age or older
High school diploma/GED
