Job description
The Pavilion at Crescent Lake in Crescent City, FL is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the Maintenance Department, directing day-to-day operations and ensuring the building is safe, compliant with Life Safety Code, and maintained to high standards.
This full-time role requires at least three years of supervisory experience, relevant licensing, and working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems; you should hold a valid driver's license.
