MaintenanceDirector (Float)
Full Time- Day Shift
On Call- Every Other Weekend
Prior Long Term Care Experience Required
Prior Experience with Building Maintenance Required
Travel to support facilities located in: Colchester, Windsor, Meriden, Middlebury, Naugatuck, Vernon Required

Now Hiring: Maintenance Director Float
Responsibilities:
Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous Life-Safety experience in long term care required
