Job description
Oakhurst Health & Rehabilitation in Fork Union, VA seeks a Maintenance Director to lead all facility systems, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance. This hands-on leadership role partners with leadership to provide a safe, welcoming home-like environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
The role requires 3–5+ years of maintenance leadership in healthcare, strong OSHA/Life Safety knowledge, and budget management skills. CHFM credentials are a plus.
