Job description
CommuniCare Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations at the Kenwood Healthcare Center location in Cincinnati, OH. The role entails staffing, budgeting, preventive maintenance planning, and supervision to ensure a safe, compliant, and homelike environment for residents.
The ideal candidate has an Associates degree (or equivalent experience) with 3–5 years of related work and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
