Job description

Fountain Care at Sunset Hills is seeking a proactive Director of Maintenance to oversee the physical plant of a skilled nursing facility. This hands-on role blends high-level facility management with direct repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, ensuring resident and staff safety.

You will lead preventative maintenance, safety programs, regulatory compliance, and vendor management to maintain a compliant, safe environment.
