Job description
Smartland, LLC is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead portfolio-wide operations across 1,400+ residential units. You will build and guide maintenance teams, set standards, and drive long-term value.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll shape preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets, vendor contracts, and safety compliance while partnering with Operations and Property Management. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong strategic impact.
