Monarch Communities in Howell Township, SD seeks a Maintenance Director to oversee the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the community, reporting to the Executive Director. This exempt, salaried position ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
The role manages staff, schedules, HVAC, safety drills, and vendor contracts, with occasional weekend coverage as Manager on Duty, and a competitive salary range of $60k to $70k per year.
