Job description
Holston Health & Rehabilitation in Wytheville, VA is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure a safe, compliant facility supporting high-quality care.
You will schedule work, manage budgets and reports, supervise staff, and develop policies to minimize care disruptions. Prior experience (5+ years) in maintenance and a high school diploma or technical credential are required.
