Job description
The Neighborhood at Tellico Village in Loudon, TN is seeking a Maintenance Director to supervise the maintenance team and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes while keeping the community clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory maintenance experience in LTC settings, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
