Job description
J Street Property Services is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the onsite service team at our Lewisville, TX community. You will oversee maintenance operations, drive preventative maintenance, owner projects, and the resident experience with a strong emphasis on safety and follow-through.
You will partner with the Community Director, manage vendors, and cultivate a culture of accountability, service, and professional growth across the team.
