Job description
Oakmont of Novato is hiring a Director of Maintenance in Novato, CA. This full-time role leads the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to maintain safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction in a senior living community.
You will oversee repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and equipment, manage preventative maintenance, and coordinate vendors. A hands-on, people-focused leader with supervisory experience is preferred.
