Job description
Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director/Supervisor to oversee the facility's maintenance program, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, doors, lighting, and life-safety systems.
You will manage generator compliance, safety inspections per NFPA codes, and supervise daily maintenance tasks. Healthcare facility operations experience preferred; basic carpentry and tools knowledge required; competitive benefits offered.
