Job description
Complete Care Barn Hill in Newton, NJ is hiring a Maintenance Director to ensure the facility operates smoothly and safely. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily maintenance and repairs and manages building systems to keep residents comfortable.
You will perform routine inspections, ensure safety compliance, respond to emergencies, and lead a team with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Typical hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional after-hours emergencies.
