Compensation
$18.00–$20.00 per hour
Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase
Based on experience
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday–Friday
On-call availability as needed for maintenance emergencies and facility needs

What You'll Do
Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment issues
Perform regular facility and safety inspections
Respond promptly to maintenance concerns
Coordinate vendors and contractors when needed
Maintain maintenance records, supplies, and equipment
Help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required
What We're Looking For
Previous maintenance experience required
Healthcare or long-term care maintenance experience is a plus
General knowledge of building repairs and preventative maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Willingness to participate in on-call responsibilities
