Job description
Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance, safety, and the upkeep of its senior living community. The role focuses on interior/exterior care, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. A High School diploma or equivalent and maintenance training are preferred.
