Job description
Westmont Living, The Oaks at Paso Robles, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations for our assisted living and memory care community. You will manage safety, compliance with state regulations, and ensure reliable electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems to keep residents safe and comfortable.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and willingness to participate in training programs.
