Job description
Allegro Living, LLC in Severna Park, MD seeks a Maintenance Director to assist the Executive Director in maintaining and operating the community’s physical plant. You will organize, direct, and supervise the maintenance program to meet residents’ needs safely and in line with company policies.
You will recruit and lead maintenance staff, manage scheduling (including weekends), monitor payroll, prepare budgets, oversee safety systems, and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely, quality work.
