Job description
The Arbor Company is seeking a Maintenance Director for a Lake Worth, FL community. You will lead the maintenance, safety, and overall physical condition of the campus, directing the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to deliver reliable, resident-centered service.
You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage work orders, maintain fire and life safety systems, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with vendors and leadership to create a safe, welcoming environment.
