Job description
Aurora Valley Care Skilled Nursing & Rehab seeks a dedicated Maintenance Director to lead maintenance, safety, and facility operations in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
You will manage maintenance schedules, coordinate with the facility Administrator, review contractor work, and ensure Life Safety Code and CMS Environmental regulations are met. On-call duties may apply.
