Maintenance Electrician (3rd Shift)Are you a skilled Maintenance Electrician who thrives on troubleshooting complex equipment and keeping production running at peak performance? We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our growing team in a modern manufacturing facility, supporting high-speed corrugating, printing, packaging, and automation equipment.What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Electrician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the performance of our manufacturing equipment. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, perform preventative maintenance, and help drive operational excellence across the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical repairs on high-speed corrugating machinery, printing presses, die-cutting equipment, flexogluers, and packaging systemsTroubleshoot and repair printing machinery to maximize uptime and production efficiencyConduct preventative maintenance activities, including lubrication, oiling, greasing, inspections, and equipment adjustmentsRead and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentationDiagnose electrical and mechanical failures and identify root causes to prevent recurring issuesTroubleshoot electrical panels, motor controls, VFDs, and industrial control systemsPerform electrical installations, upgrades, and modifications on machinery and equipmentSupport PLC troubleshooting and automation systems to maintain operational reliabilityUtilize hand tools, power tools, volt meters, and electrical testing equipment safely and effectivelyComplete general facility and building maintenance as neededDocument maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modificationsCollaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize work orders and minimize downtimeFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications10+ years of industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance experience5+ years of experience working with automation equipment and PLC systemsStrong troubleshooting experience with electrical panels and industrial control systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical drawingsExperience troubleshooting equipment to root cause and implementing corrective actionsHands-on experience with: PLC systemsMotorsPneumaticsHydraulicsVariable Frequency Drives (VFDs)Electrical controls and power distribution systemsProficiency using electrical testing equipment, volt meters, hand tools, and power toolsExperience supporting high-speed manufacturing equipmentPreferred QualificationsTrade school, technical training, or vocational education in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related fieldExperience working with corrugating machinery, printing presses, die-cutting equipment, and flexogluersExperience in highly automated manufacturing environmentsStrong knowledge of electrical schematics and technical documentationExcellent problem-solving and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently during off-shift hours while collaborating with a larger maintenance teamFlexibility to work overtime and weekend hours as neededWhy Join Our Team?This is more than a maintenance position. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
