Journeyman-Level Industrial ElectricianYour military training gave you the discipline, technical depth, and problem-solving instincts this role demands. Step into a journeyman-level industrial electrician position where your skills go to work on real, complex systems from day one — no hand-holding required.What You'll Do:Install, troubleshoot, and program PLCs, AC/DC drives, control circuits, and conduit systemsDiagnose and repair equipment failures across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systemsRead and work from blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical layoutsOperate precision tools and equipment including hoists, engine lathes, and power toolsTrain and mentor apprentice-level maintenance personnelRequirementsJourneyman Electrician Certificate (state-approved 4-year apprenticeship with 8,000 OJT hours)Working knowledge of at least four maintenance disciplines: electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing, and/or weldingProficiency with PLCs, digital drives, sensors, relays, and limit switchesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a demanding manufacturing environmentBenefitsFull comprehensive benefits package -401k with a 50% match up to 8%, match effective after 1 yearCompany paid college or trade school coursesPaid HolidaysPTOMedical, Dental, Vision and much more, see benefits summary
