You'll diagnose PLC-controlled machinery, work with VFDs and servo systems, complete preventive maintenance activities, and use CMMS software to track repairs and inspections. You'll also partner with engineering and maintenance teams on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and new equipment installations while helping maintain a safe, reliable facility.Skills We'd Like To SeeWe're looking for a Maintenance Electrician that can work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday while meeting the following qualifications:Industrial Electrician Journeyman Certification3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience troubleshooting automated production equipment, industrial controls, and electrical systemsStrong knowledge of electrical systems including: 480V 3-Phase AC;230V 3-Phase AC;120V Single-Phase AC;24VDC and 12VDC control systemsProficient with electrical diagnostic instrumentsExperience with servo systems, VFD programming, motor controls, and industrial networkingKnowledge of electrical schematics, ladder logic, panel layouts, and control drawingsUnderstanding of mechanical systems, power transmission, bearings, conveyors, and alignment techniquesWorking at Heights certificationAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, and stand for long periodsExperience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems is highly desirableControls, instrumentation, and automation experience preferredForklift and aerial lift certification is preferredOverhead crane certification is an assetFamiliarity with PLC troubleshooting; Siemens PLC experience is highly preferredReady to put your expertise to work?
