Job description
Dizario Search is partnered with an industry leading manufacturer in the Lordstown, OH area seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their newly created preventative maintenance team . This role is responsible for managing a Reliability Engineer, a CMMS Coordinator, and partnering directly with the site Maintenance Manager to create a site wide preventative maintenance program. Our client is seeking a reliability focused engineer with a background in data collection, project management, reliability program coordination, and CMMS management.

Responsibilities:
Partner with engineering and maintenance management to develop strategic preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
Work alongside maintenance teams on assigned projects including: new machinery installations, repairs, training, and CAPEX projects as necessary.
Develop KPI's, growth plans, and goals for all direct reports.
Responsible for data collection, analysis, and updates for all machinery and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science in: Mechanical, Electrical, or other related field required.
3 (+) years' of Reliability, Maintenance, or Preventative engineering experience.
Must be comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing space. xhqgsiq
Previous experience developing or assisting the development of preventative maintenance programs within large scale manufacturing is required.
