Job description
Limelight Hotels by Aspen One seeks a Maintenance Engineering Manager for Limelight Boulder to oversee exterior and interior building maintenance and cover the Director of Engineering in their absence.
This full-time role reports to the Director of Engineering, manages equipment, preventative maintenance, safety programs and cross-department coordination, with a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 and bonus eligibility. Strong leadership and HVAC, electrical, plumbing experience are essential.
