Role: Maintenance Helper
Pay Rate
~$18–$20 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Support the maintenance team with basic maintenance tasks
Assist with basic motor and mechanical work
Assist with basic electrical work
Perform wall patching and repairs
Perform painting and touch-ups
Follow workplace-safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Job Requirements
~2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
~ Mechanical knowledge (an expert mechanic is not required)
~ English required
~ Authorization to work in the United States, now and in the future, without employer sponsorship
