Maintenance / Housekeeping II - Sea Mar Community Health CentersSea Mar is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areasDisinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general wasteMaintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal)Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting)Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation)Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipmentFollow all safety and health guidelinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical laborBasic math and reading skillsMaintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided)Annual TB test requiredWork EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor workExposure to weather and cleaning chemicalsFast-paced healthcare settingSea Mar Community Health Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $ 21.30 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – FridayWhat We Offer:MedicalDentalVisionPrescription coverageLife InsuranceLong Term DisabilityEAP (Employee Assistance Program)Paid-time-off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid Holidays.401(k)/Retirement optionsOpportunity to work in a culturally diverse environment
