The Role
Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and utilities
Support installation, adjustment, and replacement of machine components
Assist with basic troubleshooting, calibrations, and alignments
Read and follow technical drawings and equipment documentation
Perform basic mechanical and electrical checks using standard tools
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
Operate material handling equipment safely with training
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Complete work orders and support training and development activities
Schedule :
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)

What You'll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, ideally with a focus in industrial maintenance, Electronics, or related technical field preferred
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment in problem-solving situations
Professional and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
