Job description
Cargill is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facilities, maintenance, and asset management in our manufacturing operation. You will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring reliable equipment performance, safe operations, and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include planning and prioritizing work orders, driving preventive and predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
