Job description
Crescent in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will emphasize preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
You will develop technical capability, partner with Production and Engineering, and drive asset performance while maintaining strong safety and 5S standards. Experience with CMMS, Lean/CI, and packaging/automation is a plus.
