Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills, along with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance on foundry equipment and machineryDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsTroubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtimeRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modificationsCollaborate with production teams to improve equipment performanceQualifications5–10 years of manufacturing experience required3–5 years of Maintenance Technician experience requiredStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficientlyExperience working in a foundry or heavy industrial environment preferredAbility to read and understand schematics and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in high-heat, industrial environmentsAbility to stand, bend, and move for extended periodsPay will be based on experience.
