Maintenance Manager | Agnora / West Coast Glass
Cerritos, CA | Full-Time
Agnora / West Coast Glass is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility in Cerritos, CA. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, developing maintenance talent, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence.

What You'll Do
Lead daily maintenance operations and prioritize work orders to support production goals.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and asset performance.
Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians through coaching, training, accountability, and professional development.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to reduce downtime and improve performance.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, LOTO procedures, environmental requirements, and company safety standards.
Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment
Experience with CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and reliability programs
Proven success managing projects, budgets, vendors, and continuous improvement initiatives
Glass manufacturing experience preferred
