Job description
Vanseal Corporation in Vandalia, Illinois, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. You will maximize equipment uptime, drive preventive and predictive programs, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
This hands-on leadership role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, experience with PLCs, and a proven track record in safety and continuous improvement.
