Smart Sand Inc. in Tomah, WI is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance for production and facility equipment at the Oakdale, WI site, reporting to the Plant Manager.
You will supervise mechanics and specialists, develop preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safe, compliant operations while managing budget and parts purchases.
