Job description
Marglen Industries in Rome, GA is recruiting a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-shift, multi-craft maintenance department. You will own downtime, PM completion, backlog metrics, and cost per unit while guiding supervisors and leads across bottle processing, fiber extrusion, and utilities.
You’ll evaluate your team, recruit top talent, and ensure MaintainX remains the system of record. You’ll manage budgets, spare parts, contractors, and safety programs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
