Job description
Sibelco Nordic Ab is seeking a Manager Maintenance for the Delavan, WI plant. This role leads the maintenance team, drives TPM deployment across a large glass processing network, and partners with regional teams to ensure uptime and reliability of complex equipment.
The successful candidate will oversee preventive maintenance, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing budgets and vendor relationships and coaching the maintenance staff.
