Maintenance Mechanic
$30/h - $38/h + Overtime (1.5x) + Bonus + Training + Career Progression + Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) + PTO

In this role, you’ll be on-site maintaining and repairing equipment, supporting new equipment installs and process changes (conveyors, sensors, changeovers, and fault-finding).
This role suits a Maintenance Mechanic who’s looking to technically develop and progress, and wants a days position with structured training and a clear pathway forward.
The Role:
Repairing, servicing, and troubleshooting production machinery and equipment
Supporting new equipment installation, commissioning, and ongoing process changes
12-hour rotating day shift pattern (days or nights options available), 7:00-7:30
The Person:
Hands-on maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing or an automotive/mechanic background
Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
Stable work history and looking for a long-term, permanent role
