About the Role
Complete Building Services is adding an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to our team in Washington,DC. You will be supporting a large government site. The hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 to 3:30 pm. The salary is $34.00 per hour based on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and general maintenance on HVAC equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
You Should Have
What we are looking for in your resume: 3 years experience
Universal CFC License
General knowledge of building system operations
Must be reliable
Learning oriented
Teamwork
Mechanical and technical aptitude
Safety conscious
