Job description
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking dedicated Industrial Painters and Touch Up Painters to join their team. As a Painter, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of production concepts, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.
Job Title: Industrial Painters and Touch Up Painters
Location: Monticello, IN
Pay Range: $18 - $20 (BOE)
Shift: 1st Shift 7a - 3p
2nd Shift 3p - 11p
3rd Shift 11p to 7a
What's the Job?
Perform touch-up or industrial painting on industrial equipment and surfaces
Utilize measuring tools and painting equipment to ensure precise application and quality standards
Follow blueprints and schematics to accurately complete painting tasks
Maintain safety protocols and ensure a clean work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial painting or related fields
Proficiency with measuring tools and understanding of electrical schematics
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
