Job description
Piping Systems TechnicianApplicant must be proficient in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of multiple piping systems (steam, inert gas, low and high pressure air, pure water, potable water, propane, oxygen, plumbing and fire protection systems). Applicant must be able to troubleshoot piping system including but not limited to condensate pumping systems. Applicant will be required to layout piping systems with or without prints. Applicant should be able to work independently and within a team environment. Applicant must be willing to work overtime, support emergency situations.QualificationsRequired:HS Diploma or GED or 2+ years of related technical experience5+ years of plumbing/piping experience in industrial and/or commercial environmentsMust be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearancePreferred:P2 and S2 licensesPhysical QualificationsClimbing, Color Vision, Crawling, Heavy Lifting, Kneeling, Light Lifting, Medium Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Stooping, TwistingEnvironmental AttributesAcids or Alkalis, Cold, Dry, Dusty, Fumes, Hot, Inside, Noise, Oily, Outside, Wet
