Mosaic Consulting Group, a leading UKG & SAP services provider, is seeking experienced Maintenance Planners within a two hour distance of Lake Charles and Port Sulphur, LA, as the roles are site-based and may require field walkdowns, equipment validation, and work in a fast-paced project and operations environment.

Working in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation and controls disciplines, Planners will collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, reliability, and CMMS teams to optimize SAP PM data and processes.
Key responsibilities include improving maintenance and job plans, validating preventive maintenance requirements, standardizing work packages, reviewing equipment hierarchies and criticality, supporting field verification, developing bills of material and spare-parts strategies, cleansing and validating data, and ensuring compliance with master-data governance standards.
Qualified candidates should have at least 10 years of maintenance-planning experience in LNG, oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, power generation, or another heavy industrial environment, along with strong discipline-specific expertise and hands-on SAP PM experience.
Candidates should understand preventive maintenance programs, equipment strategies, functional locations, equipment records, task lists, BOMs, OEM documentation, and spare-parts data, while also possessing advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across multidisciplinary teams. xxzpjkt
Preferred experience includes CMMS optimization, ISO 14224 hierarchy principles, commissioning or startup support, reliability and criticality assessments, and bulk-data tools such as Winshuttle.
