Job description
Biscuits Leclerc Ltd in Kingsport is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead a plant maintenance team of 11, drive equipment reliability, and optimize uptime. You will report to the Plant Manager and partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Sanitation, and Supply Chain to implement proactive maintenance programs.
The role requires 5+ years in maintenance with leadership experience, a technical degree, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
