Job description
AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Sr Maintenance and Reliability Manager to lead site maintenance and reliability teams at our manufacturing site. You will drive asset reliability improvements, manage the CMMS and EMS systems, and guide predictive, preventive, and demand maintenance activities.
You will collaborate with Engineering, supervise a large team of frontline leaders, and ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and regulatory requirements while delivering cost-effective maintenance.
