Maintenance - Renovation Crew!
100% Travel Required to Central Michigan Area locations!

Summary:
Performs basic activities related to maintenance, renovation and upkeep of building and grounds.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: One year experience in building renovation maintenance.
Essential Functions: Performs routine maintenance and repair required to keep the building and equipment in good working order.
Monitors building and equipment renovations, remodeling or replacement projects done by contractors.
Participates in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete and masonry projects.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demolition
Minor Carpentry - door and hardware replacement, cabinet installation, ceiling tile, handrails, wall brackets, handicap grab bars, minor trim
Drywall patch and repair
Painting
Minor plumbing - toilet and sink replacement
Minor electrical - light fixture, switch and receptacle replacement
