Job description
Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Associate to implement the Preventative Maintenance Program and oversee maintenance across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems in our residence. The role includes documenting logs, prioritizing daily work orders, and ensuring safety compliance.
The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, with 2 years of general maintenance experience in a public facility preferred, and strong verbal/written communication skills.
