Data-driven approach to maintenance and site management

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into terms non-technical stakeholders and clients can understand

Collaborative mindset - this is a shared site with project teams, and a _how can I help_ attitude is essential

Comfortable managing both on-site direct reports and remote team members, coordinating across the client, your team, and leadership

Strong organizational skills ensures tools, equipment, and the site are left in proper condition
